It's very hard to get back on the habit of being adventurous once you've stopped doing the routine you're used to.

It has been a few months that I've done any kind of outings because of the situation I was in, and I must say I've really missed company.

Yet, with my time here in Singapore, I am still trying to do what I enjoy best alone — exploring new places and obviously, eating!

Today's lunch stop was at Tolido's Espresso Nook, where I ordered the Bolognese and the spiced chai latte. Even though the food was not that great, the chai latte was a winner. The texture was thick and it has a tint of chocolate taste, hmm... perfect.

Despite being so full, a meal will never be complete without dessert. Bought these cupcakes from fluff bakery, just a 5 - 10 minutes walk from Tolido's and soon enough I was carrying 3 cupcakes back. The texture of the cupcakes are moist, which is nice... As for the taste, I was hoping for the mint in the mint choc to be stronger... Red velvet and the triple nutella, tastes pretty normal but that is what it is and nothing more. Overall, I would prefer the taste of the cupcakes to be stronger.
